Founded on 14 April 1990
The predecessor of Vietrubber Company was Thanh My Rubber Workshop, located in Trang Dai Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. The initial product was rubber cord for the rattan furniture industry. Many years later, the main products became sealing rings for the dairy production industry and rubber rollers for the woodworking, packaging, and other industries.

| In 2004, Thanh My Rubber Workshop was renamed Vietrubber Co., Ltd. Pursuing a policy of decency with particular attention to food-grade compliant rubber, the company has earned the trust of markets in Thailand, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, Finland, Poland, Brazil, India, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan, China, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Australia, and beyond. In 2014, Vietrubber introduced an advanced line of polyurethane (PU) products. Printing and packaging rollers emerged as a flagship offering following investment in next-generation automated equipment.
